Dennis is a member of the full-time MBA Class of 2018. Dennis grew up in Boston and graduated from Tufts University in 2010 with a degree in Quantitative Economics and Math. Prior to Stern, he worked at the National Railroad Retirement Investment Trust in Washington DC where he helped manage a $2.0 billion global real estate portfolio.

Tom is a member of the full-time MBA Class of 2018 specializing in Real Estate and Finance. Tom grew up outside of Boston and graduated from Princeton in 2008 with degrees in History and German. Prior to Stern, he worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch managing a team that delivered M&A advisory and capital raising solutions to high net worth clients across the country.
brian damron, Co-VP OF external relations
Brian is a member of the full-time MBA Class of 2018 specializing in Real Estate and Finance. He graduated from Occidental College in Los Angeles in 2008 with a BA in Diplomacy and World Affairs. Brian lived in Washington, D.C. for seven years and worked for Highgate Hotels and at Hilton Worldwide's corporate HQ in brand development. Over the summer, he interned at Lightstone Group in the Hospitality Development team working in hotel construction management.
HILARY FARLEY, VP OF ACADEMICS & INDUSTRY TRAINING
Hilary is a member of Stern's 2018 full-time MBA class, specializing in Real Estate and Finance. After graduating from Lafayette College in 2011 with a double major in Economics and Government, Hilary spent 4.5 years working as a project manager at a general contractor in NYC working on a wide variety of projects from interior fit-outs, hospital work and core and shell work.

Dom is a full-time MBA student specializing in Real Estate and Finance. Dom grew up in northern New Jersey and graduated from NYU with a BFA in 2012. Prior to Stern, Dom founded Kingdom Equities, a New York City based real estate investment and property management firm specializing in rent stabilized assets.

Valery is a member of Stern's 2018 full-time MBA class, specializing in Real Estate, Finance and Luxury Marketing. Valery grew up in Quito, Ecuador and graduated from Brown University in 2013 with a degree in Economics. Prior to Stern, Valery worked for the J.P. Morgan Latin America Private Bank advising clients on their investment portfolios and balance sheet needs.

Sid is a member of the full-time MBA Class of 2018 specializing in Real Estate and Finance. Sid grew up in New Hampshire and graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2010 with a degree in Economics. Prior to Stern, he worked at Deutsche Bank in the Community Development Finance Group where he originated loans and investments to various non-profits in NYC, including affordable housing developers.

CJ is a member of the full-time MBA Class of 2018. An Atlanta native, after graduating from Princeton in 2005, he has been in Europe for the last 11 years playing professional basketball. During summers off, he co-managed an alternative asset driven LLC focused on distress, senior housing, and early stage seed investing.
RAYMOND MATTIA, co-VP OF LANGONE
Ray is a part-time MBA student in the Langone program with an intended specialization in Real Estate. Ray currently works for TH Real Estate, the real estate arm of TIAA, as a commercial mortgage originator covering New York, Boston, Chicago and Philadelphia. Prior to TIAA, Ray worked as an appraiser at Altus Group and in acquisitions and development at a small private equity fund in Morristown, NJ. Ray earned his bachelor's degree from Virginia Military Institute in 2007 and served in the US Army prior to his career in Real Estate.
victor tomanek, co-VP OF langone
Victor is a part-time MBA student in the Langone program with an intended specialization in real estate. An architect by training, Victor currently serves as a project manager for New York City's Landmarks Commission where he oversees projects ranging from FISP maintenance to air-right transfers to ground-up construction. Victor majored in architecture at the University of Texas-Arlington for undergrad and Tulane University for graduate school.
