Jacqueline Chen, co-PRESIDENT
Jacqueline is a member of the full-time MBA Class of 2019 specializing in Real Estate and Finance. Jacqueline graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 2012 with a degree in Hospitality Management. Prior to Stern, Jacqueline worked in the Downtown Los Angeles office of CBRE Hotels providing valuation and advisory services to public and private sector clients relative to hotel and tourism development.
Milton Olsoff, co-PRESIDENT
Milton is a member of the full-time MBA Class of 2019 specializing in Private Equity and Real Estate. As a civil engineer graduated from University Iberoamericana in Mexico City, Milton has worked in real estate development (METRA Development) and renewable energy private equity (Invex Infrastructure). He has experience in building financial models, due diligence, investment analysis and project management.
Darrick Antell, VICE PRESIDENT, Finance
Darrick is a full-time MBA student in NYU Stern’s Class of 2019, specializing in Real Estate and Finance. Antell completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research Engineering, at Cornell University, and later held positions at Cornell’s investment office, a credit rating agency, and an investment bank. He has advised on real estate transactions totaling over $15 billion. In the summer of 2018, he will continue his real estate career at CB Richard Ellis, where he will advise Verizon Communications on its acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets.
SCOTT BLUMENFELD, VICE PRESIDENT, Operations & Alumni Relations
Scott is a full-time MBA student in the class of 2019. He graduated from Colgate University with a degree in economics. Prior to Stern, Scott spent several years working in real estate development and was responsible for all phases of the development process, including acquisitions, leasing, financing, and property management.
Garrett Eng, VICE PRESIDENT, EVENTS
Garrett is a member of Stern’s full-time MBA class of 2019. A native of Mountain View, California, he graduated from Northwestern University in 2009 with degrees in English and Musicology, and he earned a Masters in English from the University of Cambridge in 2011. Prior to Stern, he worked as a project manager in media and then in real estate development, building multi-family, mixed-use housing in San Francisco.
John Fontana, VICE PRESIDENT, Alumni and external relations
John is a member of the full time Executive MBA student class of 2019 specializing in Real Estate, Corporate Finance and Quantitative Finance. John comes with 10+ years of professional experience in the CRE industry having most recently worked for AR global, a global asset manager acquiring investment grade real estate with 10+ billion assets under management (AUM). Previously, John held positions as Senior Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield and Underwriter at Homebridge Financial Services. John received his B.S. in Real Estate Finance from NYU.
Andrew Foo, VICE PRESIDENT, langone
Andrew is a part-time MBA student in the Langone program, specializing in Real Estate and Finance. He currently works as a project manager for Triton Construction Co., overseeing all aspects of construction from contract and scope negotiation to project sign-off and closeout. Andrew graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Nicole Halliday is a member of the full-time MBA Class of 2019 specializing in Real Estate and Strategy. Nicole graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2015 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a certificate in Real Estate. Prior to Stern, Nicole worked in Houston, Texas at Deloitte as a Real Estate Consultant providing real estate valuation and advisory services for business owners, operators, investors, lenders, and corporate real estate groups.

Jenny is a member of the full time-MBA Class of 2019 specializing in Real Estate. Jenny graduated from Emory University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a BA in Chinese Language and Literature. Prior to Stern, Jenny lived in Atlanta and worked for Microsoft serving enterprise clients in the cloud and infrastructure space.

Ravi is a member of the full-time MBA Class of 2019 specializing in Finance, Real Estate and Strategy. Ravi graduated from the University of Virginia in 2012 with a degree in Commerce and Economics. Prior to Stern, Ravi worked on BlackRock's marketing team serving US Wealth Advisory clients.

Tyler is a member of the full-time MBA class of 2019 specializing in Real Estate and Finance. Tyler became interested in real estate development while studying sustainable development in Copenhagen his junior year of college. After graduating from Colgate University in 2013, Tyler moved to Baltimore, MD and spent four years as a project manager developing multifamily and mixed-use properties for The Dolben Company's mid-Atlantic portfolio.
victor tomanek, VICE PRESIDENT, langone
Victor, an architect by training, is in his final year of the Langone program and currently works at Tishman Speyer on the Design & Construction team. In previous roles, Victor has worked in the public sector, overseeing the regulatory aspects of development projects, and in design at an architecture firm, both in NY. Victor majored in architecture at the University of Texas-Arlington and Tulane University.
William (Clint) Trenkelbach, VICE PRESIDENT, Events
Clint is a member of the full-time MBA class of 2019, specializing in Real Estate and Corporate Finance. Originally from Charlotte, NC, he graduated from Bowdoin College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Asian Studies. Prior to Stern, he worked in both the management consulting and commercial construction industries.
Jason Turetsky, VICE PRESIDENT, academics
Jason is a full-time MBA student, specializing in Real Estate, Finance, and Business Analytics. Jason graduated from Princeton University in 2007 with a B.A. in Public Policy and received his M.A. in 2008 in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of London (SOAS). Prior to Stern, Jason worked as the Assistant Director of the Research Center at the Anti-Defamation League, a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting hate and extremism. He also served as the Political Advisor to the Deputy Consul General at the Israeli Consulate in New York and managed education consulting companies in both New York and London.
Brian Tyne, VICE PRESIDENT, langone
Brian is a member of the part-time Langone program specializing in Real Estate, Management, and Corporate Finance. Brian graduated from Bradley University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. While taking classes at Stern, Brian also works for DP Group General Contractors and Developers as a Project Manager.
David Waks, VICE PRESIDENT, Operations & Alumni Relations
David is a full-time MBA student specializing in Real Estate. David graduated from Cornell University (economics), UC Berkeley School of Law, and NYU School of Law (LL.M. in taxation). Prior to Stern, David worked for four years as a tax attorney, in both New York and California, structuring real estate transactions from a tax perspective.
